Annoying app, doesn’t seem to work correctly and gives wrong errors! I could not “create” an account and it kept telling me my account was unknown and I needed to create one! Which was what I was trying to do! I then tried the signing in option and used forgot password. Got a reset email and then got signed in. I had never created an account! If you can’t create an account then try this. Also it took a while before all the tickets showed up, made me panic for a bit! Last resort you can still download paper copies from the PDC ticketing website. Sign in to account you used to buy tickets and option should be in your orders section.
