This app really worries me

Having downloaded this app I didn’t get a proper Stile Card so both mine and my grandson’s season tickets were on here.
The first problem occurred with a travel ticket that never downloaded and so set the worries off
Then had problems with play off tickets. Had to delete and re download! The tickets appeared but I don’t trust this now at all. If I can I will get print at home or paper tickets, you know you’ve got those tickets rather than relying on this.
