  • Please Make It More Complicated

    Why do you have to sign in every time? My banking apps are easier to access than this thing and I just need to look up vendors. Another example of the developer not connecting with the end users who are in general not tech savy.

  • I can’t get the scan and go to work

    I’ve updated my phone, deleted the app and it still doesn’t have me that I’ve registered even if I’ve received a email confirmation.

  • Not easy to navigate!

    When I try to log in to get a badge after registering, it takes me to the old app which tells me to go to the new app. Please fix this.

  • MARKET CANT DO APPS!

    THIS OS AN EPIC FAIL. Plan on a headache at market. Unless they update it. The other one had so many issues as well. I was excited for this new one. Same thing! It won’t keep you logged in. It’s so outdated without facial recognition.

  • Limited functionality & won’t stay logged in

    It won’t keep you logged in. It makes it so time consuming to use. Also, you should be able to log in with face recognition.
    There should be a notes section for each line & rep group in your market plan.
    Also, you should be able to unselect that you have “visited” a showroom. I’ve accidentally marked one as visited & cannot undo it.

  • Could never login

    It refused my registered email address and said it could not find an account with that email. That is the email address I used to login on the website and register for the mart. Couldnt get it to work at all.

    Thank you for your review. Due to newer data policies, your registration email might not be the same as your login. For us to fix this for you and ensure you receive a good experience with our app, please email us at buyersupport@andmore.com. Once we ensure your account data is correct, you will be able to use all the features within the app.
  • Doesn’t work right

    Have to login every five seconds. Scanning QR codes at markets goes to blank pages. Bring back the old app that actually worked.

To ensure you are not being logged out, please make sure you are on the latest version of the app by searching @Market in the App Store and clicking update if that button is shown on your screen. Showroom QR codes should be scanned with the camera in the app and not with the iPhone camera app which will result in a blank screen. We appreciate your feedback and assistance with improving our app.
