Lack of service
Signing up promised commissions, but using a U.S. passport and U.S. bank account has prevented me from receiving them. They’ve made countless excuses, and it has been over a year with no resolution. No responses, constant marketing, and relentless phone calls. If you’re offering commissions to overseas clients, be prepared to handle the follow-up properly—or don’t offer them at all! The process is extremely inconvenient. Until today, I still have no way to get my mom back!!! Worst service ever!!
