BEWARE OF THIS APP!
Beware of this app. I would always use it to view the market and check charts and the app always worked fine without any issues at all… UNTIL I opened a position with leverage and then the app stops working magically within a minute of me entering the position… closed app, restarted phone, deleted app and re downloaded multiple times the app would not open at all. After some time I get an email that my position has been liquidated. I kid you not, the app begins to work the next time I clicked it open. Complete scam. This should not be on the App Store and should absolutely not be allowed to operate within the United States. After doing some digging and finding out many others has the same experience, this deserves to be investigated further. I have filed an official complaint with the SEC and FTC. You have been Warned..

Withdrawal problem SCAM
I can not withdraw $94 BYDFi says I have to deposit $60 first??????? I see this rule no where so I do not understand?????
UPDATE :BYDFI made the payment to my account upon another withdraw attempt besides that all other experiences with them are honest 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 I will definitely use them in the future thank you BYDFi for being honest

BYDFi isn’t letting me withdraw my money!
I deposited over $600 into the BYDFi exchange then withdrew $200. Upon attempting to withdraw the rest of my money they restricted my account from withdrawals! I can’t believe Apple let this scam on the App Store

Only option for centralized perpetual trading in the US
Overall, it’s a great exchange in the fact there aren’t any competitors that allow perpetual contact trading. If you’re in a country where kicoin or binance is offered then this wouldn’t be an option. I will also say that customer support is excellent which is why I still use the app rather than going strictly to decentralized platforms.
What i really don’t like is that the app is not designed for you to easily view your transactions whether it’s trading or asset deposits/withdrawals. When analyzing your balance along with your PNL it’s almost impossible to get a clear view of your trading strategy. The PNL features they do offer max out at 30 days which suggests the goal is to ensure you stick to a short term mindset and loose money management habits.
Because of that I have the least amount of funds on the platform compared to others.

I was killing it until
I was killing it until I went full tilt. I kept doubling and tripling my account leverage trading BTC only. Suddenly I was doing 200x. Since then I’ve learned a lot but I know what it’s like to keep winning for long streaks. Last month my win rate was 93% trading nasdaq futures for the entire month on Demo account on ninja trader. BYDFi spreads are very difficult. I found my win rate went way up after increasing the number of contracts to 10. I only trade at 9:30 ish when price action is easy to take advantage of and movements often go both ways before determining trend. It can be hard to lose.
