I use this mostly for the pattern-finding feature, I haven’t found other apps that do as great a job as this one and it’s actually really helped me to discover how events, relationships, memories, and experiences affect me. I’m still working on just remembering dreams, so I haven’t experimented with lucidity at all and can’t comment on that - but this does help remember and improve my self-awareness. Knowing how things are affecting me and what my subconscious holds helps me carry those suggestions into waking life.
That being said it would be cool if there was an option to show the tags by most to least used rather than just the most recent!
