Meredith is an amazing instructor who blends fun with fitness in an effortless way! Following her monthly programs has completely taken out the stress of planning what movement I will do for the day, and if I happen to miss one, she’s always there to remind me to just hop back on it. If you have questions or comments, she will always get back to you and clearly takes her community’s feedback seriously! The workouts always include a warm up and a cool down, so I never leave feeling like I pushed too hard or didn’t get to return to a resting state. This is the app you need if you love fitness, are indifferent to fitness but know you need to do it, or are looking for way to fall in love with it!
