Apple is a greedy company. This app is not for the AirTag my daughter sent me. I had to consent to a charge of either $4.99 for a month or $9.99 for a year in order to access the app’s features. I emailed the company to cancel immediately. I was not able to find another method. Apple customer service support personnel is so exhausted from complaints until the guy put down the phone while I was speaking. I called back and no one answered. Greed is destroying the humanity in the country. I am refuting any attempt to collect $9.99 and I will file complaints with BBB, our Consumer Protection Agency, and Trustpilot against this company and Apple for luring payments for services that are inadequate and refusing to refund dissatisfied customers.Show lessPhone Difference
