  • Hopeless

    The card sharing feature only allows for one card to be shared with one person at a time. It is the opposite of brilliant. It means I can’t share my cards with a mate to take his 2 kids. Not good.
  • Could not verify my account

    This is amateurish and annoying. To receive shared tickets I had to create an account. Having created an account I then had to verify it. But no verification email was sent, despite repeated attempts, until 3am on the day of the game. None of this nonsense with Qudos Arena - that works instantly via the Ticketek app which most people have.

  • Create an account?

    Absolutely no idea how to create an account via the app as a members guest.

  • Strange App

    You log in and wonder why you bothered. I’m not a gym member…. So there are really no benefits of having the app. I log in but it doesn’t give any sign of recognition (no “Hello Jeff” type greeting). Frankly it almost feels like a scam site. Needs some serious work to fix it up.

  • Bugs galore

    This beautiful gym is let down by a horrible app. It doesn’t link Mind Body to book classes. Need to sort out your third party plug ins.
  • Frustrating and not user friendly

    Impossible to make appointments for saunas for multiple family members. Site difficult to navigate and extremely buggy
  • Login hurdle too confronting

    The pop up at the first screen when you click “Get Started” is too confronting to start. A web address that people are unfamiliar with is needed to continue so that you can share information about me. There are better ways to provide secure authentication and verification of new accounts.
