Not able to use the app
I’m located in the UK and you have all the selections of countries still It will not let me register. I have used two different numbers still not working.
Can’t register with new update
I am highly upset with this new update. Beforehand, I was able to watch my South African soap operas with no problems on SABC+. Now with this new to sign up via phone number, I never ever receive a code/OTP!
Sign up failing
Despite getting the OTP, one cannot enter the numbers on the 4 boxes
No option to choose tv channels
This app offers no choice of sanctions tv channels on the iPad. Only the news channel is available
Activation code never arrives
Activation code on signup, which is literally one of the easiest things to implement for an app, simply never arrives. Useless.
Don’t care about their non-SA fans
I’ve been watching Skeem Saam, Muvhango & 7de Laan for years now and I love these shows. Ever since SABC removed these shows form YouTube, I’ve had no means to support them. I downloaded this app with hopes of enjoying these shows again. When I tried to sign up with my phone number, SABC wouldn’t allow me saying that my phone number is invalid. SABC doesn’t care about their non-South African fans. They couldn’t care less about the countless fans they have here in the U.S., Canada or any other country. It’s very upsetting. I’d honestly pay to watch these shows at this point but SABC doesn’t even offer these options. I’m done.
