We have now been waiting for our Red Chilli order for almost 3 hours - called at 2 hours to be told the driver had a puncture - what a joke and what absolutely terrible customer service

The ordering of the food is easy but Went into a bit of loop with the profile but got there eventually after 5 texts and a clicking around!
