Every time i get to a certain point of cash winnings, etc. the game crashes i delete the app but then it doesn’t recognize my email, etc. there is no help available i sent an email and get a response that doesn’t answer my questions. i never got into my first account which had cash and over 100 k in tickets, so i used my work email then it crashed deleted the app and re installed then tried to log in, it says bad credentials. i try to reset my password says the same again. i am beginning to think this is scam and they must do it to a lot of people - can you imagine the money they keep.
