Hi Kyle, User safety is our upmost priority so we use device bans regularly (much more than other social apps) for serious rule breaches (outlined when signing up). These are permanent and persist after a factory reset or change of Apple ID. We understand how this can be upsetting so we make sure our rules are very clear to new users and the consequences for breaching them. If someone was using your Apple ID or Google account without your permission when you received the ban, please contact the relevant service to secure your account.

Any suggestions can be sent to hello@freakon.xyz , we love to hear feedback and have implemented many new features thanks to our user's feedback! All subscriptions for every app on the App Store are handled through Apple's in-app payments system as per their App Store rules. That means we as developers don't do anything in regards to payments, it's all handled by them and they take a commission for handling your subscription. This also means that when you cancel your subscription, it is handled by them. We have never heard of Apple refusing to cancel a subscription for FreakOn (or in fact any app on the App Store) and with over 1.5 billion active iPhone users we are very surprised that this is the first we are hearing of this. We have informed Apple of your concern and hope that they get in contact with you ASAP.

Hi Moopir, As the name suggests, FreakOn - Make New Friends is about making new friends. There is no age limit on making friends. If you lie about your age, you will be placed with the wrong age group. Lying about your age is also in violation of our rules and carries a permanent device ban. We understand the severity of the ban and how it can be upsetting but user safety must come first.
