Not happy
I used this app for only an hour before someone started saying sexual things to me and I said no. Then the person said they were going to hack me so I reported them which is also supposed to block him and he still kept texting me and harassing me. So then I tried to just block him and he was still somehow texting me and threatening me. I ended up deleting my account and the app.Show lessSamantha❤️emma

So for me, the app stopped working when I wanted to redo my account I kept installing it, and I detele but it was still blank when I tried to go to settings and make another account then everything went blank but overall I love the app and could y'all please reach out to me and tell me how to fix it and I also love how you can talk to many different people around the world.Show lessakeeim

Pretty good app but i am unable to log out of my deleted account. I accidentally deleted it and tried to close app but when I opened it again there was no option to log out so im stuck with a non working account that i cannot do anything onhovks

I like this app I have met some amazing people and really cool friends while using this app but I have been banned for about 2 months now and I was trying to reach out to developers if they can look into my appeal I know it might take time but I just want some type of communication from the developers. Hello! I’ve used HMU/Freak in the past and have uninstalled it in the past but the last time I uninstalled the app and decided to come back to it it acts as if I still have an account when I deleted the account prior and I don’t know what to doDENALI H

Banned and still haven’t been appealed
I really like this app it’s really great and I see their making changes and I would love to get unbanned as I’ve been waiting for about 2 months know and I’k the developers are probably trying their hardest to get to everybody and make the app better but I would really appreciate if I could appealed to the developers thank youShow lesshrudhfhdurfufhfh

Edit 1: The update with the ability to submit an appeal has only been out for 2 weeks. Thanks! Edit 2: Hello again, Please note that appeals can take up to 4 weeks. We will always put user safety first and cannot allow users that have been banned for serious rule breaches back into the app. This takes time to make sure we get this right.
