They say apply free side offer at checkout using apply offer button. Dont expect that or the points system to work. Someone forgot to tell the dev to code that in the app smh lol garbage app.

Some stuff doesn’t load like portion size selection, the free side offer didn’t auto load in check out and there was no code to enter.
App doesn’t work
Coupons don’t work, payments don’t work, no support. However much was paid to these developers was too much.
Love Zankou, but this app is awful
Can’t get my order through, going to use web order instead and delete this trash app immediately.
No notice of pick-up before placing order
I love the food and the team at Zankou. They are both great! But why does the app not give an estimated time for the order prior to placing the order? In today’s age, this is customary.
Terrible app or Scam company?
Terrible app. Worse customer service. Try to order on app and redeem award. Order doesn’t go through unless you remove the reward. What a scam.
Charged yet no order
I put my card info in for an order to save time. They even offered a small side. Things were looking good for ordering and the app and their system charged my card, then the app tells me there’s a problem completing the order. The card was charged immediately. However, the order hasn’t gone through but I have to wait 3-4 days for a refund on a meal I should be able to order and pick up in moments. So, Zankou is going to hold my money 3-4 days… Banks have told me when there’s that hold, those who have the money make interest on the hold. I don’t know if this is true, but what is true is that Zankou holding my money on an unfulfilled order is complete nonsense.

Terrible App
Love Zankou, but this app is terrible. Downloaded today to order and it kept saying something went wrong, that my card had been charged and would be refunded but told me to try again. I repeated the process only to get the same error message. When I got to the restaurant, they did not have my order ready and I had to wait. They said they would refund one of the charges, so we will see but the app did nothing to make the process more convenient or timely.

I supposedly had a free side uploaded to my account and I could not figure out how to use it. This app is extremely frustrating.

Hi JA4225, we're sorry that you had a frustrating experience when trying to redeem the Free Small Side reward. The reward will be available for you to apply to your cart at online checkout when you have a Small Side in your order and have at least $10 in your cart. Or, if redeeming in-person at one of our restaurants, have the cashier ring up your order of $10 or more including a Small Side item and then scan your loyalty code.
