Cannot receive SMS
Seems like a great service but cannot receive SMS on American number. Also doesn’t make any sense to input phone number OR email as alternative then have to verify email with a phone number that you know can’t get the SMS.jskiman13
Huge bugs and basically non functioning
It’s really sad and inconvenient that Hakuba makes such a good effort to do this taxi service yet this terrible Singaporean developer made an app that doesn’t function for 90% of the tourists who come to Japan. It requires a mobile number to register but only sends OTP to Japan and Australian numbers so the rest of the tourists that come to Japan and Hakuba to enjoy the warm hospitality are complete prevented from using the service. Way to go SWAT Mobility for your complete lack of mobility for every day users.Show lessj.j.tg415
This app worked so well for us
You have to be able to receive a text message with a code, which I could with my Australian number, and then use data. We ordered our rides at 9am each morning for our dinners out. They were always on time, clean and friendly. So glad we found this app. Much better than trying to call a taxi.Sssbbbgirl1
