Love this game overall but there's two major let downs for me: every time a new customer approaches I am forced to tap on the icon and have the camera move away from what I'm doing at the moment (this should not be a thing!). Secondly, we should be able to acquire manager cards by themselves instead of having to get a chest full of items we don't need.

Buttons don’t always work. Too many ads to get diamonds
I gave up very quickly due to too many ads and not enough diamonds. Button to claim diamonds don’t work despite restarting again and again. Frustrating. Delete app after a few days.
Keeps freezing
I love this game then most but it keeps freezing everytime I press ad for more money or anything that has to do with opening a ad video can u guy please fix this.

i really love this game and it’s cool i just started playing it and everything was going very well, but over the past week as i started to upgrade all my stuff it’s frozen a lot. i don’t think it’s anything to do with my phone or internet as everything else on my phone works properly. for the tasks, managers, etc. whenever i try to tap on them it takes a couple minutes for the section to actually pop up although i can still play the game while i’m waiting. i also can’t watch ads to get coins or anything as my screen completely freezes and wont play the ad no matter how long i wait. other than that it’s a pretty good game.

Good game but please fix the bugs
I enjoy playing this game and I watch ads sometimes to get some coins of diamonds. Although, for a few days now whenever I try to click on the pile of diamonds or coins, the game freezes. I can’t click on anything and i have to exit out. (This bug doesn’t happen with the VIP or helicopter though, it’s just the different piles scattered across the map)
Overall, it’s a good game but the bugs can be quite annoying especially when you already have a lot of progress in the different areas and you have to exit out and start all over again.

Good game
Had fun playing the game until I had no choice but to spend money in the game. It got to a grinding halt where 2+ days of game play was not enough to progress without spending money on the game. Perhaps that is the point, but I would have loved to play for longer without doing so. Thanks anyway.
The ads don’t work
It says I can watch ads then I click it and it never loads so o have to close and reopen the app just for it to give me their own ad and any time I press to watch an ad it doesn’t work and it’s annoying, I will be getting the other game like this
2nd World Bug
I’m in the second world, paid for ad free gameplay, and after my last upgrade right at the brink of five stars… the game is completely unplayable. I really enjoy playing this game and hopefully I haven’t paid $15 just for this game to not be playable. The whole 2nd world level has all of the facilities and upgrades missing. There’s a new button that looks like some type of wheel and a ticket icon now… which may be what’s crashing the game. I hope this gets fixed soon because I’m going to contact Apple and ask for my money back soon and tell them the developers are taking people’s money. The game has been very enjoyable, passes time when bored, and has pretty good graphics. I would hate to delete. I’d rather give a 5 star review when this is fixed.

Buggy
So some of the tabs you can’t click. I spent $20 to get rid of adds, hoping it would help. It didn’t. I feel like I wasted my money. It’s kinda unplayable.
