Simple and Elegant
Installed on my work phone so I never forget. Don’t need extra features, this is perfect. After traveling, I would have to go on the COJ website to search for my trash collection dates. Now I get a reminder and I love it 🫡Dave the Wondercat

Doesn’t get updated for schedule changes
In theory this app is great, but in practice they don’t update it when there’s a schedule change. For example today (8/30/2023) is supposed to be recycling day for me, and the app says that today is recycling day. But there’s a hurricane coming and I was able to find online that they are not picking up today, which makes a lot of sense. What doesn’t make sense is that they did not use their app to indicate that they will not be picking up recycling today… so it’s pretty useless.Show lessDtizzlenizzle

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, a timely change in schedule was not pushed out on the mobile App until August 31 due to other hurricane preparations. We did strive to get this change out through many of the other media sources and we will do better on future schedule changes via the mobile App. The App not only shows the collection schedule but is also useful by using the Wizard search function on how to properly dispose, recycle or donate many commonly generated household items.Very useful
With recycle every other week, I often forget which week is the recycle week. The reminder means that I don’t have to track it. One less thing I need to have on my to do list.Dee Dee FL
