I was having a bit of trouble with updating my personal information - the app wasn’t allowing me to choose the correct city of birth, so my ascendant wasn’t accurate. After a few attempts, the app locked me from making further changes. I sent an email to them using the contact us section on the app and they assisted me within a couple of days, hassle free. Great customer service! I love the app. And the yearly subscription (for Canada anyway) is at $10 for the year- such a great deal!
