Hidden fees, Outrageous pricing
I was so excited to finally have something delivered to my area, but the pricing is ridiculous. First of all, the delivery fee for the restaurant I chose said it would cost $14.80. Okay, that’s a lot, but I can do that. When I went to check out, they had an added “flat fee” that is never mentioned. That was $9.11. They then changed the delivery fee to $20. $30 just for the delivery, not even including the actual meal or the tip for the driver? No thanks. Be more upfront about your prices next time that way people won’t be bothered to even download the app.
