In normal use, assets in the wallet are typically stored on the blockchain, and users manage them through their private keys. However, if you access a third-party malicious platform and transfer your assets to the platform's address, the control over your assets will no longer belong to you. If the platform is risky, your assets may not be retrievable. Additionally, the DApp you are using is not a partnered or developed DApp of TokenPocket, and therefore we are unable to assist you in contacting the platform or recovering your assets. To ensure the safety of your assets, please exercise caution and avoid transferring assets to untrusted third-party platforms.

How to reset my wallet password?

Resetting the password in the wallet is not supported yet, so you need to do the following: 1. First, you backed up the private key mnemonic, open the wallet, the first icon in the upper right corner, click Add Wallet, select the wallet's public chain and use the private key mnemonic to import the wallet. If the prompt is [Wallet Already Exists], it means that the backed up private key mnemonic is correct. 2. If it is correct, then you can delete the wallet. All passwords in TokenPocket are the same, so if you forget the password now, then you may have only imported one address for use. If you have imported multiple addresses, you need to repeat the verification process in the first step. 3. Delete the wallet, then re-download TokenPocket through the App Store, and use the private key or mnemonic to import it into the wallet to set the password and use it. If there are multiple addresses to import, just import them multiple times.

TokenPocket is a decentralized wallet, and withdrawing funds from a decentralized wallet does not incur any tax. Your cryptocurrency assets are stored on the blockchain, not within TokenPocket itself. Therefore, TokenPocket cannot charge you any tax fees. We suspect that you may have encountered withdrawal restrictions while using an unlisted DApp through the TokenPocket DApp browser. If this is the case, please contact the DApp team directly. The DApp browser functions similarly to using Chrome to visit Amazon and make a purchase, and for any post-purchase issues, you should contact Amazon, not Chrome. Based on your description, the project you are involved in seems risky. Please be cautious about investment risks. If possible, let us know which DApp or project is prompting a tax charge.
