Great App - Quick tips though...

Another really great and simple app from Sindre.

Quick Tip #1: You have to install this on both your iOS device and your Mac. -- I discovered this in the app store while on my Mac... but didn't see any instruction that I needed to install it on my iPhone as well. At first I was just really impressed that it was some how clever at just detecting my Mac on the local network. I quickly realized it needed to be installed on both and it worked straight away.

Quick Tip #2: After you hit "Share" on your phone... look closely to find the "Send to Mac" item. In the screenshots it shows it at the top, for me, it was buried halfway down mixed in with other apps and Shortcuts actions, etc.

Big improvement for my life

If I was someone who didn't mind doing everything on my phone maybe I wouldn't love this app so much. But there's a lot of stuff I just don't want to deal with on my phone or on the go. I used to copy and paste URLs into Tot (also a great app) and then I'd have to remember to go deal with them later. Now I just hit the share sheet and press "Send to Mac" and the next time I'm at my computer it's already open in my browser! It's a delight.

Great!

Very good app!

Very clever

Great app. Just a little, helpful variation on Airdrop so I can send things from my iPhone or iPad to my Macbook Pro. Neat idea.

Does one thing and does it perfectly

I love this app! It does exactly what it promises to do, and it does it flawlessly. No more emailing links to myself or adding something to Reading List and then forgetting about it.

What AirDrop Should Be

Iโ€™ve always been mad that Airdrop only lets you send URLs between devices on the same Wi-Fi network. I often am out and about, see a link on my iPhone I want to read at my big desktop later and somehow thereโ€™s no truly easy way to do this. Pushbullet used to be great at this (and blessedly allowed pushing from windows to apple which this sadly does not) but apple killed that off.

This works great. I share a link from my phone or iPad and the tab is open on my Mac Studio already whenever I get back to it. Thanks for making this. I would pay a monthly sub for this to also work from windows and android somehow :)

Great App

Looks like native part of iOS and works great! This new scenario isnt obvious but very useful.

Meets my use case PERFECTLY

Hyperduck is phenomenal! Iโ€™m always sending myself links so that I can take a look at them later, but I usually forget to check the messages that Iโ€™ve sent myself. Iโ€™ll occasionally check the messages that Iโ€™ve sent myself on my Mac, but that isnโ€™t always the best approach, especially for some time sensitive links that I have simply forgotten about. Hyperduck fixes that and does it in a seamless way. No more typing out my contact info every time I want to view a link on my Mac or save that link for later! Bye bye shortcut that I made just so that I can fix this particular issue of mine. Thank you Sindre Sorhus for making this time saving app!

Can't complain at all

Does what it says on the tin, does it well, and does it for free. Good app! Thanks dev

Excellently Exceptional!

First, many thanks to the developer for the free usage of this wonderful app. It has fast become one of the more useful apps in my arsenal and definitely rising in rank to one of the most used. I shared the app with the rest of my family and itโ€™s been praised as a great tool to share with them.

Thank you Developer!! You and your apps are very appreciated!
