All of these apps have some great stories I’d love to read and some I have read. Some authors have great spelling and grammar and some leave a lot to be desired in that area.
I’m a habitual read the free chapters and maybe spend a little get further through the story and that leads up to my issue with ALL of these reading apps… the cost to read ONE book is never less than $60… usually well over $100. Their subscriptions are a joke with the monthly amount of (or weekly) coins/credits you probably couldn’t even finish 1 book with. And the cost per chapter can jump from 7 coins to over 100 and the content in the chapters do not justify the random jump in cost.
In short, great WAY over priced stories with questionable business practices. I mostly stick to KU because of this because I can binge as many books as I please for one monthly price or buy a book from $0.99 to at most I’ve paid was $17.99 for a book to keep forever.
