Only had it two days
I had this game for two days, and loved it. Killed a lot of time playing it and made fast progress. When I went to open it today, it fizzles out and crashes in the loading screen. Repeatedly. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I restarted my phone, tried a different WiFi, tried cellular only, checked the app for updates. Nothing. My other apps work fine and I can’t fix this app not opening. Not sure what changed, but now I can’t even open the game and I’ve therefore lost the time and progress I’ve put into it.Show lessAzaillia

This game is really fun especially the mini games. The mini games have such cute details and is very relaxing. One suggestion though is to have less or no pop-up ads.
But after a while you need wait along time to get money.

ive been backing up this game for as long as i can remember and ive gotten pretty far. ut i got a new phone and i KNOW everything was backed up… but HOW do i get back into my game and where i was at? i really love this game :( help!!!!!xulbby

Hello, you need to log in to our game with the same account on the same login platform on the new device. After successful login, go to the cloud archive page, click the read button (the button with a cloud and a green arrow), and restart the game after successful reading. In this way, you can transfer the data to the new device.SO MANY ADS
This game is so fun but the more you play, the more ads you have to watch to do literally anything. I would estimate that in one 30 minute session, I spend around 15 minutes (if not more) watching ads. It’s $15/month to go ad free and I just don’t find it worth that. False Advertising
A usual subscription based fee for “no-ads” is based on infinite uses of skipping ads to receive that benefit on a daily basis. Instead this subscription only gives a handful of skip-ad tickets that don’t last half an hour of game play. I value my time. ADS ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY LONG
I get if the ads are at a range of 5-30 seconds and up to 1 minute but they have up to 75-80 second ads. And once you exit out of the initial video of the game they’re advertising, there’s second part to that SAME AD that lets you play a demo of it and you can’t exit out of that until after another 15-20 seconds!!! Crazy ads in game
At the least 60-100 seconds ads for reward bonuses, it is very long.
Forced ads in game it is annoying.
Good thing is not too often, around 3-5 per hour.
