• New feature: the ability to add a hotspot location to a frame in case you forgot one. In the app click on hotspot, and then ‘Add Frame’. Long press to add a hotspot location to a frame until it’s no longer visible, or skip the frame when there is already a location indicated.

Our back-end image processing then renders your inventory consistent and recognizable all the way down. COMPLIANCE Brand guidelines vary between dealer groups, OEMs, and even dealers. These include featuring appropriate logos, clutter-free backgrounds, capturing at certain angles, and even certain shots. Car Media builds this into your custom package so that every capture qualifies as compliant. COORDINATION Track your inventory and see what has been aging on the lot without media, then have that unit captured and uploaded online! Additionally, get an overall snapshot of how complete your inventory is, organized by pre-owned, new, CPO, or in total. Hotspots that do something. As a consumer, wouldn't it be useful to click on a hotspot of a "Technology Feature," and instead of seeing a crooked photo of a backup camera, you saw a video of a product specialist walking you through how to use it and describing its key benefits? This is what's now available on this platform. Transparency is everything. Honesty really is the best policy, and this feature comes alive in Car Media's damage hotspots, where you can shoot a photo or video, designate a type, and add a severity level making it abundantly clear to the consumer and earning their trust in the process.
