Charged subscription after cancelling
I was not aware that I have been paying for an app I downloaded by mistake. Once I found out about it, I cancelled my subscription. Today I came to the realization that I was charged again after cancelling the subscription on my apple account. Can you tell me which part of the procedure I am not following? It is wrong that you are making money against user’s consent. If I cancelled my subscription, why are you still charging me?

This app is a joke
I don’t understand why it wants you to pay for all the other light settings like just the normal red fade or other colors wants you to pay for it when we can literally download another app that does it for free there is no difference in this app then the free app and the free app does more and has several fades and strobes options and lots of cool stuff but this is ridiculous one star for me on this app trash🗑️

Thank you fo your feedback. We are sorry to hear that pricing plan was not good for you. There are features in the app that you can use for free. You might like one of these features. Unfortunately, the app cannot be absolutely for free because the app requires constant maintenance.
Rip off
Just ordered strip lights and having an app was one of the things I was looking for.
When I downloaded the app it is subscription based to use it. And not a cheap subscription. $99 for the year to control light strip. Not impressed… thinking of sending the lights back back
I guess they don’t make enough on the sale of the lights. Doesn’t make me want to buy anything from them again!

Money Grab
It's actually so ridiculous that these people think it's okay to charge you $4.99 a WEEK to be able to control LED lights that you already bought in the store for $20. Actually insane how sad the state of things are that you need to con thousands of people into giving you money for mediocre LED lights and a pointless app. Please explain why you need $4.99 a week the equivalent almost $300 for a year for LED lights. Pointless and insulting. This should've been advertised in the store and honestly people should be able to sue you for lying to them like this

All the 5 star reviews are paid fake reviews. The app requires you to pay $8 A WEEK which is greedy and unnecessary when I already paid the LED strip. Save your time and return your led strip to one that gives you a multi feature physical remote.

The remote that came with it never worked, even with multiple tries with different batteries.
