Broken App
All other customers are correct. This app does not work. I get the same error during sign in, which they have not been able to fix for months. If you’re considering purchasing Ruckus because of the mobile application that they offer, forget about it.Brigboy565
Good for iPhone not for IPad.
Still installing APs. However it makes adding them a breeze as they are placed. However, I added it to the iPad for a better keyboard and screen. It’s just an over sized iPhone app complete with black bar sides. Could use an iPad app as the iPad also doesn’t play well with the web site.Atlas927
Unable to login. Session Expired
When I tried to login it said, Session Expired. Did reset my password and tried but no luck. Why do we need a mobile application when you can’t seven login. Very frustrating.Rammi515
Error on Login
Unable to login into app. Get a pop-up for a token error. Reached out to tech support and they are unable to help. For what we paid in licensing and hardware, they should be able to provide an app that works.SirCoxsone
