Hello Gigi, VM Timer is most likely some other bluetooth device in your vicinity. If your hearing aids cannot be recognized then either: 1) Your hearing aid model bluetooth signal is proprietary, meaning that it will only be recognized by iOS and the company app from which your model is from and/or 2) Your hearing aid battery ran out and thus cannot emit a Bluetooth signal (therefore, making your hearing aid undetectable via Bluetooth).It worked and saved me thousands
I think my dog grabbed our of the table top charger and it fell to the floor. I knew it was at home as the Signia app showed blue tooth connection was good. Worth the money but now am wondering what more the plus version offers?billyghawaii

I’d suggest the developers give you a free trial. I’m desperate but I’m not about to spend $20 on an app that probably doesn’t even work. All these 4 star reviews look so fake.Shhhhhyyylah

it had fallen into a holder of cleaning supplies in the bathroom. Found it with this app. Sound made it clear it was in the bathroom and with slowky moving phone around it pinpointed the holder. Dumped cleaning supplies out. There was my hearing aid. Amazing. A lifesaver!Ancient of Daze

Lost in cleaning supplies, this one is a first:) It is good that the app detected where the missing hearing aid was. The proximity detected that it was below, it can also detect above, and around your phone/iPad. Glad to hear it!
