72 hours to create a video (and counting)
For a paid service, I would expect the things to move a lot quicker. But after 72 hours my first video is still not rendered. There is a warning that it might take up to 12 hours. But I fell that may not be true.JandalOfDoom
Disappointed
I was trying to make a video of my son and grandfather who passed away hugging and the video didn’t work and was very distorted. I payed 9.99 to do this and have this precious video and didn’t save as the video was distorted. I didn’t realize you could only do it once and now I can’t have the video unless I pay more money. Not worth it
I downloaded this because of the hugging feature. I uploaded two photos as requested but this didn’t work. The app generating the same photos I uploaded , they didn’t hug. Then I tried to age my child. I uploaded a clear photo of my child. Not one photo in the time line even looked like my child. Not worth the money. Very disappointed. £7.99 for the above. Dont waste your money
Ai will use complete different people who look absolutely not like yourself or a loved one. Tried it 3 times and It kept generating someone with a different ethnicity too.. it’s very disappointing. Therefore, I would like to receive my refund in full please.MISHUK81

Downloaded earlier to try the ai feature. It has been loading for hours and then I checked it and it say it can take up to 12hours. I’ll update this if this ever comes out but 12 hours for a video is crazy.
Follow up 2 days later the video has still not loaded 😒 it took the credit of 1600 but the video still say “creating” it’s been two days. I don’t expect to ever see this videoShow lessmaggie12686

Avoid
Paid £7.99 for a weekly trial. Tried to use one of the lifetime video layouts and 24 hours later it still states “almost done” . Tried to make the video again but you need a certain amount of credits which you need to pay for on top of the weekly fee. It doesn’t work and not worth the money.HA11YYX
