Just completed the CTB program! I absolutely loved this program! It was very well structured and easy to follow. Any fitness levels can do this program. You can modify when needed. I have gained muscle & energy and lost weight & inches! You will definitely get results! I loved the daily check ins to keep me accountable. Candie is so motivating! I highly recommend!

Great App & Programs
I thoroughly enjoyed the CBT program! I found the workouts very well structured and easy to follow. I loved having the option to modify when I felt I needed to. The program fit well into my busy schedule. I liked having the option of both longer and shorter workouts to allow for more flexibility on busy days! Following along on the app was smooth and easy to use on both my phone and computer. I was able to successfully gain muscle and confidence and felt so much more energized. The program was a great way to gain accountability and keep on track with a great routine!

10/10 Amazing
I did in-person classes with Candie and LOVED IT! Then when I found out she was releasing an app I signed up ASAP. The app itself runs super smooth I have both on my phone and mac book and it tracks on both which is awesome. It also never logs me out which is handy. The workouts themselves are amazing. I have seen amazing results just from December to now. Even on screen I feel motivated and encouraged through my workouts. I love that they are for all levels with lots of modifications. Will be purchasing year after year! Thank you Candie!!
