Needs better work around

I really like this game considering my extended background in yugioh tcg and magic the gathering tcg . My only issue is that if you level the wrong things or don’t know how to deck build you end up screwing yourself big time. The game is already grind HEAVY ,but I feel like the way to balance it out is if you could reset cards and get the materials/exp back. I would like to continue playing the game but the climb is steep and idk if I have much patience for it considering my busy life. I keep finding myself getting stuck and staying stuck for days/weeks at a time unless I wait enough daily rewards/tasks to minimally level my cards or just happen to get lucky. The game seems to be a pay to win concept which I will make a lot of people not want to play this game.

Awful Customer Support

Played for a couple weeks. I had a paid top-tier (“Diamond”) subscription, which I just cancelled. A glitch/bug cheated me out of rewards during a limited-time event, I submitted a ticket to Support, they took forever to respond, didn’t actually address my problem, then after a bit of back and forth, basically said everything was fine on their personal account so it wasn’t possible the game had any issues (so they didn’t investigate the issue, and didn’t give me the event rewards I had earned, just basically said “Lolz no our game is perfect, bugs can’t happen, bye”). Horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if possible. Also, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, in the game has ads popping up, or prompts you to watch ads for better rewards, and the “random” reward generator NEVER lands on the best reward unless you watch 3 ads in a row (which makes the best reward automatic), and even then sometimes the 3rd ad wouldn’t load, so you watch 2 ads trying to get to the best reward and still don’t get it. 🙄

Guild Wars

The increase to 3 teams was great .. was hoping for a larger map to go with it instead of just increasing slots. Maybe not displaying opponents details in buildings until they have been attacked could also add more strategic play. Possibly hiding some foils/gold/gems in the offensive map too. Love the Wars. Thanks heaps. Keep up the great work 🤓👍

This can be a 5 star

Has all the goods to be a 5! However, because I grind for my goods, I watch all chest ads for obvious reasons, what is letting me and the game down is that 40% of them result in either ‘loading connection icon’ or black screen of crash.

Broken Game

Game is fun, when it works but more often than not it breaks and gets a “something is seriously wrong” prompt saying there’s a loading error. This needs to be fixed as I’ve already deleted and redownloaded this multiple times and it hasn’t done anything.

Every time I try to play the game it won’t let me and said

Good game

The game is really good, I think that there should be a thing where it only lets you fight other people’s cards that are around your decks power level

Enjoyable game made difficult to play

The game is fun, I love the opportunities to earn free rewards and gain free resources. The problem is the default play speed is too slow. The x2 should be the default but could probably be better slightly faster than x2 then bump up x3 and then make a new faster speed. I play on x3 because otherwise everything seems to take forever. Lastly and most importantly the game is extremely prone to crashing (closing or freezing). During a normal match dependent on regular energy it’s not as bad but it seems to mostly occur in arena, and guild matches (boss and wars) which is extremely frustrating because it makes it impossible to complete daily challenges. When I first started playing the game, I would have rated it 4/5 now it’s trending toward getting deleted from my phone and a 1 star. Too often I’ve committed to games thinking the developers would turn it around and just never do and actually just make it worse.

Grate game but a lot of glitches

I love playing the game and getting stronger but my game has been glitching a lot recently, even if I have strong WiFi connection. one glitch is the auto battle feature, the enemy will attack and the screen will freeze saying enemies turn to attack. The other glitch I have been getting recently is that it will sit on the starting screen and just sit there loading but the green bar goes half way then just never moves. And like I said I have grate connection but it won’t ever load.

On a good note everything else is grate other then some things are so expensive just for a little loot. But I love playing and hope these things get fixed because I play every day well I’m on brake or riding the train to and from work
