Can’t do anything without trial and auto payment after trial. Avoid the disappointment and skip this one. Zero free content.

Sound/Music issue
Everything is good except for that we cannot hear any sound very often. We turned on the music but it just don’t work that way.

Do not buy.
We down loaded this game and now it won’t let us delete it. Just wants to buy for 70/year and kids keep clicking on it.

Wouldn’t even rate 1 star
Wow 7 day free trial then 7.99 a month that’s a bargain!! not.. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ITS A CON like people have said before drop the price and it might be worth it, maybe 2.99 a month or in app purchases for educational games my child does not use a iPad a lot only on the odd occasion and for the amount you pay you get a little return that doesn’t seem worth it, ‘this claims to be an educational app’ as a parent I educate my child and teach them this is just an app that can help what do these companies think that kids are on phones and tablets all day at that age mine certainly is not. Waste of time downloading disappointed that Apple even did a focus on it. Like I say and others say do not download.

Auto shutdown
the app is not working even though i re download it its always shutdwon. I have a subscription but cant use the app. Please help to fix this.

Didn’t know you have to pay
You would think it is free but it is in fact not. The minute your in the game everything costs money. Might as well make the app for money.

Awesome!
The best game I have ever played I’m 62 and this is the most fun I’ve had ever since my wife died. 10/10 would recommend!!!😝😝😝

Who is paying for this?
Who is paying 10 dollars a month for one game for their child? Seriously. That is way too high of a fee. It says “in app purchases” for this app but what it really means is that you can’t play at all unless you pay 10 dollars a month which is way too steep for a child’s game. Ridiculous. Would’ve given 0/5 stars if that had been possible.

Offline issue
The game is great for fun and educational purposes. However, it always shows “you are offline, ask your parents for help”. This issue stoping me from paying the subscription

——Update: issue solved after reinstalling and rebooting. It is a good game overall, my 3 year old kid loves it.

The only way I could do that was if you wanted me too I could come and pick it out and then I can go pick up it
