More instructions may be needed. I’d like to give it a chance, but I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do and how.

Hello, you just repeat what you hear by ear, looking at the fingerboard schematic in the app, with level becoming higher with more notes with time. If you don’t know any of it, check out basic videos for beginners under the ‘?’ in the app.
