Good-but wish I Could add Nicknamed

I have multiple cards for multiple accounts. Wish I could add nicknames to know which card is which without having to look up the number or view history. Other than that it’s fine!

Facial recognition doesn’t work right

Only complaint is you can’t use the facial recognition to log in. I don’t think anyone likes having to enter username/password anymore. Other than that it works as it should.

This app is very hard to use. I can never open it even though I put in the correct information. They say they will send a token to my email and they don’t send on. Very frustrating.

Hard to use

This app refuses to load. I have to uninstall then reinstall at least two or three times a week. I also get several error messages and frozen screens that basically force me to reinstall. I like using the app when it works but that s only about 20% of the time. Please figure out a way to make this more reliable especially when my financial institution requires this app in order for me to control my debit card.

Terrible

My bank switched to this app And it doesn’t work. I don’t get any notifications on my phone when I use my card. I never had a problem with the other app. I don’t know why they switched this app is junk.

Works fine but…

The only complaint I have it that the facial recognition doesn’t work if you have been out of the app longer than 1 hour. Facial recognition should work regardless of the last time you used the app if that is how you setup your login preference. I have the iPhone 13 and all of the other features work fine. Transaction alerts, change of password, showing of transaction history, and how much I have spent works fine.

App does not work

I began using this app, or was forced, when secure equip was no longer supported. The app does no tracking of any purchases or spending. Information is never updated. I receive no notifications whatsoever. I’m fairly certain the app probably doesn’t freeze or lock cards either. The app is non functioning and should not even receive a single star.

Can never get through sign up process

I have an iPhone 14 Plus and my software is updated. The app has the latest update available in the App Store and yet I go through the task of putting all of my information into the application during sign up and for some reason, it gets to the last page and then says there is an issue connecting to server and try again.
I have tried time and again and to no avail.
This is so terrible!

App is useless

Doesn’t work most of the time, and when it does, it makes you have to manually log in. It’s a complete waste of time, and I would rather have SecureLock Equip back, than this garbage.

Change password

This app is worthless. It won’t let me change my password. I got rid of this app.
