Our app allows real-time collaboration and resource planning across independent projects, providing program managers with valuable insights through a real-time dashboard, making data-driven decisions, and improving communication across teams.

Our software product enables multiple teams to work independently while also providing a centralized program view. The real-time dashboard offers an immediate and up-to-date view of all projects. The software operates seamlessly online with near real-time updates, and even works offline with automatic data catchup when back online.
We offer independent permissions for overall admin, project admin, and project membership. Our software utilizes your own secure iCloud account for data storage, ensuring that your data is protected and we have no access to it.
The app enables a centralized resource and role pool across all projects, with load/capacity visualization and highlighted overflows. You have the flexibility to view multiple plan views such as projects and assignments, resources by project and assignment, and roles by project and assignment.
Our cost planning feature allows you to plan by plain cost, revenue, and delta (revenue - cost). Track cost by funding (e.g. capital, operating), and you have the ability to add additional funding categories (e.g. “new investment funding”) for additional flexibility.
The software provides granular control (quarterly to daily) of utilization during an assignment duration. And the visual editing feature makes it easy to make changes such as moving projects, assignment durations, and assignment utilization.
Project progress tracking allows tracking on a per-assignment basis. The app computes overall project completion based upon the weighted completions of individual assignments. Two dashboard visuals for progress tracking, including comparing actual progress over time and expected progress over time.
The app supports multiple business units, each business unit holding its own resources, roles, projects, and costing.
Individual projects are free to independently plan and make resource and role decisions. These are rolled up in realtime to a unified dashboard that provides several views including: effort, cost, revenue, and delta costs.
The dashboard provides a holistic view across the project portfolio so that trends can be easily seen along with resource overloading. Views can be project-first, resource-first, or role-first. Grids can be traditional linear, or in a stacked view for visualizing relative trends.
Data entry is augment with a visual drag-and-drop mode for easy and intuitive project changes. To move a project, simple tap and drag the project; all associated assignments, dependencies, and costs will also be moved.
