Not sure why this company feels the need to launch an app that is complete garbage. I mean actual garbage. None of the functions work or they are simply buttons that launch an email. Customer service is nonexistent and emails and DM's in social media go completely unanswered.

Glitchy App - impossible to subscribe or take out memberships
This is a poor app. Does not recognise phone numbers and when you use the email option, each time you try to subscribe it emails a code, as soon as you go to enter it, it just jumps back to the previous page so you can’t actually use it. It might work well later but it was hard to set up and has been impossible to subscribe to any content etc.

I didn’t realize my fans wanted to see random BTS I have but they love it and I get to make money from it
Scam
I thought this was like Patreon to support creators, but this is just a scam. I cannot cancel my account. I followed their instructions and I keep getting the error message “Oops something went wrong. Please try again later.” I don’t know how long “later” is supposed to be, but it won’t delete my account.

Great for me
The best thing about UV is that I can reuse the content I already have but haven’t shared on my TikTok or IG. I travel a lot , so being able to share that content while I’m traveling has been amazing.

Tried to close profile. Kept getting error message unable try again. After 2 weeks trying to close emailed their support people. Still no reply or feedback. DONT RECOMMEND THIS APP.
