Can’t register to get in
I can’t even register an account to get access to the app. I enter my email address and press send code and nothing happens. No email in either my inbox or spam folder. My nice and expensive wall mounted charging station is unable to function as a smart device without access. Not the least impressed.

Looks great… SUPER buggy
This app has a great look and feel, but it is so buggy it gives me fits. It doesn’t connect well via Bluetooth. And it doesn’t provide accurate data. I’m relying on the MyChevrolet App for accurate data. I really WANT to like this app, I simply don’t. My local utility has peak hours 6A-10A and 6P-10P. My Volt is programmed to only charge during off-peak hours. If I plug it in after work, before 6:00, it will start to charge, then stop itself until 10PM. The ShockFlo app doesn’t know what to do and displays that it’s charging when it’s not. And once ‘stuck’ in this mode, you can’t get the app out of it. I even rebooted my phone and nope. Still bogus info. I just let the car do its thing and rely on the MyChevrolet app for my charging info. It’s a shame really.
Also- I had a defective charger that ShockFlo was super easy to deal with and they replaced it with a new one… but there is no way to delete the old one from the app without Bluetooth connection to it. It was the Bluetooth that was defective in the first place. Sigh.
