Convenient but not designed well
I was excited to see that Howell had gotten an app! It offers all the information that is on the website, but it’s just that. Instead of being a fully functional app of its own right, it simply takes you to links on the website. I’ve never seen anything like it. Its functional and takes you where you need to go, but it is not visually appealing, and can be difficult to navigate.
It certainly has potential, but is clearly not a priority, and is already better than most other municipalities.
