ear Principal, we are aware of this issue and our techs team is working on fixing it, sorry for any inconvenience caused by that~I couldn’t get past anything as it froze my screen. I uninstalled it 3 times still didn’t work. Then I downloaded it on my phone works just fine, I’m mad that I have to use my phone as I don’t normally game on it only my iPad.

I think you should take a better look and respond to some of these people complaining that they can’t even play the game.
