Complicated and no customer service
I’ve patronized many technological arcades and this app/location combo is not user friendly. The sign up process was so frustrating and the process for using credit was so confusing that we left the arcade without using the credit we payed for.
I’ve contacted customer service several times to try to get our $20.00 refunded. They responded to my first email but didn’t respond to my subsequent three emails.
