I used the email they have provided in reviews, came back as not found. I then went to terms and conditions, it simply says, under contract us, to contact them but gives no way to do so. I also tried contact us in the menu but that brought up the mail app for my phone and did nothing else.
I would like to cancel my sub for a full refund. I just got this today so I’m still within the trial period.
Seems shady and I just want this settled.

Hi, UPDATE: I have emailed you after actually receiving an email from you. The problem will be fixed as it's not in our hands. Apple processes all the payments and subscriptions. We have no control over the subscriptions; as you can see, we never asked for even an email inside the app. There are step-by-step guides on canceling the subscription on the app payment page and our description page. You still need to read those and want us to manage the subscription even though we cannot access it. WHAT'S THE WORST THING THAT YOU ARE DOING? You are blackmailing us into removing the false review only after processing the refund. The refund also is not in our hands, and it usually takes a week to get the money back due to banking stuff. So you are intentionally damaging our reputation with false claims, and we have to suffer for your negligence. There is nothing shady about this, as I explained in the email. I received your email today. Unfortunately, the reviews from Apple appear delayed 2-3 days. The subscriptions are taken care of by Apple. We will fix it, don't worry. Thanks!
