Without doubt this app has the worst UX I’ve ever experienced. Booking a tennis court at a local venue becomes a nightmare - a sign-up process to test the patience of a saint, multiple data fields pre-populated to yes, potentially serious data privacy issues….The list goes on. As an Italian app it requires a personal Italian tax code which non-Italians will not have and therefore will be prevented from using the app. As the tennis centre in the resort I wanted to use can no longer take phone bookings (due to signing up to use this app) the choices are to enter into this minefield of an app or to go and visit the venue and take pot luck…
