Frustrating
I am trying to like this app/website however it’s really frustrating if I have to pause or the videos pauses on its own and I push play it goes back to the beginning. Then I have to try to remember where I was in the workout. The app will randomly unconnect from casting to my tv, but the website and any other app does not do that. Also, why can’t we add a comment in the app, but we can on the website. I really want to like this app since my favorite trainer uses it but it’s kinda hard when things like this happen.

Why don’t the next exercises load when I click next exercise? Why do the. Ideos load to a black screen sometimes?
I feel like the coaches who use this app should be pressing for a better experience for their clients.
As a user, I will probably use it for this one program that is 3 weeks and then unsubscribe and it will be a deterrent for me against any coach I may want to buy a program for in the future.

Would it be possible to add some sort of Perhaps some sort of ‘favorite’ function for on-demand videos?

Hello, thanks for the feedback! The team has happily added on-demand video favoriting into the app, as well as a section in your account's Content Library to see all of your favorited videos. You can check it out by updating to the latest version of the app - we can't wait to hear what you think!
