  • An update

I’ve been using Viso for a while but it’s had a hard time tracking forward movements. I think it would be cool if Viso added a feature for multiple camera use. For example if you have two phones with decent cameras you could put one behind you and one infront and it would be so much easier for tracking
  • It’s good but

All I wanna say is that this is very good it’s not like real trackers so what do you expect the only thing that I wanna say that’s bad is that it allways says that it’s to dark in my room when it’s bright so I hope who ever made this app can fix it overall this app is good because even tho that it’s not perfect it’s still good at tracking you, you just have to be in a big play area so the camera gets you whole body that’s all I wanted to say thanks for reading this bye bye👋
  • Fantastic, and constantly getting better!

I’ve been using this app for FBT fairly consistently for about 4-5 months (connecting through PC), when I first got it I was constantly dealing with tracking going way off randomly and I couldn’t even think about sitting down. Over time I have noticed consistent improvement and now the tracking rarely goes out of wack, and I can even lay down when my phone is at the right height. My only real issue is with the elbow tracking, only when I turn the elbows on does the tracking get thrown off super easily.
  • A bug or two

I love this and used it many times but the calibration is messed up and sometimes glithces out elbows, hand, feet, and torso. Sure it works but i would have drift for random reason and this results in bad explanations that can turn out as the torso being turned around. I cannot sit or lay down in this but for what its worth sure it still gives you knees, feet, torso, and elbows. Otherwise this is fairly well and i suggest it over others.
  • It’s good! But..

The app is fun and cool for me but I just wanted to say that it doesn’t work good for darker skin, and I know this because my white friend has way better tracking than me, I even used my ring light and the results were still the same, and I wanted to know if yall could fix it so that it can track both light, and darker tones of skin.🤨
  • Hit or miss, but a hit for me!

So I wanted to try it out of curiosity, and it works surprisingly well for myself. I have full hip swings, it registers me sitting or bending down, and I can even lift my legs and it registers! But I’ve also had a few friends of my try it and they’ve had struggles with it. Mainly that their phones delay the movements or their body would be mirrored (they would lift their right leg and the left leg of the avatar would lift). But for myself, a total hit and honestly saved me buying a whole computer and FBT setup :)
  • Best free FBT out there for vrchat!

couldn’t be more satisfied! it works on vrchat like easily, i wrote a longer review on the oculus marketplace for it, here i’ll just say y’all are doing great with this app and we appreciate it. it’s one of the best free fbt out there!

honestly if you’re looking at the reviews you should just get it already. i never review anything but i had to for these guys.
  • For what it’s worth

I love what you guys are doing. It’s amazing that you can do all of this and not charge us a dime. However, the tracking is extremely off and that is something that needs to be addressed. I have a few suggestions on how to get better tracking, if you’re interested.

First off, if you aren’t already I recommend using an ai. It is highly trainable, and thus you can train it from a lot of different angles and positions - standing, poses, sitting, laying etc. Implementing this should make tracking much, much better.

Second off, when you disable trackers maybe you should stop tracking that specific point entirely. See, when I disabled elbow tracking, it continued to track it in the app - and even though it didn’t translate into vrchat, it could save on performance for phones that aren’t the best.

Additionally, you could have a video in the app explaining the best setup - lighting conditions, camera angle, limitations, and benefits. This will help your audience understand what this app is fully about.

I wish you the best of luck in your journey.
  • Good but could be better

As a questie without a vr ready pc, it’s hard to get accurate full body tracking without buying completely new software or hardware. The tracking is phenomenal in my standards, though I wish there was a feature where you could set up multiple devices to track different angles of your body. If that feature could be implemented then I’d be absolutely hooked for life!
  • It's AMAZING! Highly recommend, but one thing!

Viso is amazing! I've been using it for months and months! Almost a year! But there is a problem with the trackers on the nodes of my avatar. It might be behind my legs and be a bit jittery, and sometimes on other avatars when I calibrate, it connects to the ankles. Next time I will adjust my height, but on top of that, I WOULD RECOMMEND 100% Thank you Viso for changing my amazing VRChat experience!
