This sportsbook doesn’t offer promos (besides the most basic and boring ones) already giving it no reason to download as opposed to competitors. When it gives you free bets it only gives them to you as a percentage of other bets that you make, so you’re really still making bets with real money. Finally, even if you are successful with the fake free bets and no promos, you can’t withdraw your money because the only two withdrawal methods are through companies no one has ever heard of and have very poor reviews themselves online. Hopefully a real company buys them out and improves their product.

TERRIBLE!!!!

Absolutely terrible book. I can’t even withdraw my funds. And even when I try, the funds disappear and then show back up 5 mins later . Their promo is absolutely not worth it. The bonus bets are actually vouchers that have to be used with real cash. Absolute garbage. Don’t waste your time

No means of getting your money out of this terrible Sportsbook. Worst Sportsbook that I have ever used. Do not waste your precious time and money betting on this antiquated Sportsbook app. Update! I eventually got my money out. But it was hellish experience. My account was locked, I guess because I had made several attempts to get my money out and they locked my account!! I had to send a picture of my DL over and over because it was blurry or whatever. I felt humiliated holding up by DL like some mug shot picture. I will be closing my account.

No withdrawal methods

I’ve tried numerous times to withdraw my money and every attempt has failed. I have tried setting up VIP preferred but that doesn’t work. It would be much easier if they had bank transfer, PayPal or Venmo.

If you’re a smaller shop, how do you differentiate yourself from competitors?

SuperBooks app is clunky and not intuitive. It’s user experience leaves a lot to be desired. This app looks like it was designed for an iPhone 4.

It’s much harder to deposit funds than other books, it has fewer and often worse lines and boosts than other books. There was a deposit bonus, so have to give them that.

Unless you’re a complete degen like me I would look elsewhere.
