  • Almost there

    The app works well except:

    - It crashed and closed out as soon as I placed an order.
    - It doesn’t allow you to delete old payment methods. I had to go back to the website for that.
    - They could make it much easier to order from previous orders by putting a tab at the bottom.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such thorough feedback! The Fullscript app is in its early days and we're working hard to improve its functionality and usability as quickly as we can!
  • It’s finally here!

The app pretty much matches the website but makes it so much easier to order. Others have said it was buggy but I’ve had no issues.
  • Easy to Use

I downloaded the app today and as able to login quickly with my existing username and password. All of my prescriptions were there and I was able to easily re-order. Thank you, Fullscript!
  • Finally, a mobile app!

I’ve been waiting for Fullscript to release a mobile app for a few years now! Happy to see that it’s finally here. The app itself is easy to use and pretty much matches the website as far as design. I just submitted my usual order and it was intuitive and straight forward. My card was already on file from many purchases on the site so I just clicked a few buttons and voila, order confirmed. Like most mobile apps, future optimizations are probably on the roadmap as far as payment methods and other features. Right on Fullscript!

  • Almost ok?

The app doesn’t allow Apple Pay, which is how I pay online.
The app doesn’t allow me to easily access my cart when I’m looking at order history. This is easy to do from a browser.
Finding certain menus, like order history, required digging through many layers to find it and I’d have to completely exit, using just as many clicks, in order to view any other menus.
The lack of Apple Pay is enough for me to delete the app and continue using a browser, but the rest just make the app difficult to use.
This app does seem to have all the functionality of the browser, it’s just way more time consuming to do what I need to do to order.
For reordering, it would be better I f it had a list that showed which supplements I’d ordered in the past, in list form that includes the last order date. This would be way, way more helpful than the current order history form that requires me to open each order to find the supplements that I want. I’ve tried using search, but it brings up way too many choices, even when I enter various combinations like the full brand and supplement name, or just one or the other, or some shorter combination of it all. It all feels more cumbersome than necessary, whether in the browser or app.

  • Unusable

I downloaded the app a few days ago. I was able to create a login, that’s it. The app is frozen on a green message screen. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, logged in and frozen message screen. The app is not ready for use.
  • Pretty good but…

Fullscript has the best brands and its nice to be able to trust the quality and source of the supplements, but I’m finding them to be routinely out of stock on items for long periods of time. I want to support my practitioner, but how can I when they cannot seem to keep products in stock? My orders would routinely be double the size if they could just keep items in stock. Instead I have to go to their competitors.
