Can’t subscribe

Tried multiple times to get the year subscription but app doesn’t let you.

When I click on the app it shows a blue screen forever

When I go to my home page and click on the “Player App” it only shows me a massive blue screen, if you can tell me the problem the please do I am really frustrated with this, PS: I have sat here for hours on end waiting for the blue screen to go away

No trial will kill this app.

Have to pay to add courses is hilarious. No trial is also a joke. Idc how many people worked on this app. You’re doing a disservice to them by putting a pay wall that prevents potential customers. Every single online service has a trial period. Seriously.. drop the ego.. this has potential..

Using app

I don't understand how to use the course it only lets me click the info button

Select the course you want and then select "Use this course" which is right next to the info button.

Deserves The 5

I’ve read the reviews before downloading and I was surprised at people rating the app a 1 because of no free trial or a 2 because their course changes hadn’t been updated yet.

The tech in this app is beyond anything out there and I think what they have done is taken the post-play entertainment level to a 10.

Not easy to use right now

I definitely see the potential but I am having trouble selecting a course because there are several options that have the same name with no addresses until I select a course. So please add the city of the course when searching for the correct course. Also, I am stuck to where I can’t add any course. I’m only being opened to the “Tap to Continue” screen then to the add course for $2.99. With no option to delete the incorrect courses that had been selected. I think a trial period should be given because this experience is deterring me away from paying for the Pro. Also, add tutorial slides to help navigate the app.

Hi Bears7911, Thanks for your feedback, hopefully we can make it a better experience for you. When selecting a course: after entering the name and when the list comes up you press a course then you'll see an "Info" button and "Use this course" when you press the info button it will show all the details of the course before you select "Use this course". But let me fix this for you, send us an email at info@dppgolf.com and state which course you would like to have. Tutorial slides are under Settings and "How to use the app" and also you can find more details on our website at ThePlayerApp.golf under FAQ's. You are correct though we need to add more slides and make them easier to access, which we will be doing in our next update. Thank you.

This App is on Another Level - The Best App

I love The Player App! Right now I record around 10 shots per play and I love watching the feed after my round. Try to compare other golf apps, they don’t compare.

A lot of potential here

This app is still in the trial phases, but I can tell this is going to be a game changer. Great resource tool, and the broadcast feature makes your round look like one of the Majors!

No free trial means no sale

$30/month with no trial period is not going to get anyone to purchase this. I need to have an opportunity to actually see if your claims of ease of use are true before I’m going to pay anything. May I suggest a 10-day free trial that allows you to automatically charge someone after the first 10 days.

Hi rcathey, Many good people worked very hard to develop this tech and launch the app, it's unfortunate that our 1 star reviews are from people who have never used the app and the 5 Star reviews are from actual users. We're hopeful that you will agree the review of the app, without having used it, is unfair and does not reflect the quality of the app. In regards to pricing comments or suggestions please feel free to reach out to us at info@dppgolf.com and we would be happy to address them. In regards to the free trial specifically, with what we offer our costs are more than other apps not offering these Pro features. While it may seem simple to do the added costs per user with zero revenue is not feasible at this time. Thank you.
