App doesn’t work
I wish i read these reviews before I bought the DVR. The app is terrible and I am not even able to setup an account. I’ve tried over 20 different password combinations and it keeps giving me an error message. I cannot even access the app to setup my cameras without buying a monitor.
Old devices don’t work
We got scammed by this company. I paid so much money for multiple systems which are no longer supported. They should be ashamed of themselves
Left high and dry!
They should offer something for people who already have systems. Can’t reset the password don’t have access to our own cameras. No warning. Terrible way to do business!

I got a new phone, now the old app won’t work. When it did work they have the worst customer service. Do NOT buy this system!

Old app worked better
I can no longer connect my wifi cameras with the new app. Shut down support for older cameras and forcing us to buy the "new" ones.
Where is the old app?
Ive been using my qsee for 6 years now. Even when Qsee stopped supporting, I was able to access my nvr using old app. Now old app is gone, I cant remotely connect to my nvr.

Terrible move
Let me start by saying that I purchased this company’s camera system about a year before Covid. Might I add, install labor was $600. Then you close your doors during Covid. 2 years later you “reopen” and get the service going again. Meanwhile your old app worked fine for the 2-3 years you no longer existed up until a week or so ago. Now, how convenient, you start back up and then you shut the old app down completely and tell your customers to buy a new system that will work with the “new app”. What a terrible move. $1000 dollars down the drain. Never again.
