Awful app
Downloaded app and the user privacy screen has no way to agree. Can’t sign up or anything. Go to support page and no English. Awful!
Issues w app
I was apple to download it, used it right away. Then it said it needed and update. I tried to update it and it says “can’t be updated, it’s not in your country or area”.
Create account
Have tried several times to register. I put in my email, created a password and requested a code. Never have gotten the code. Tried to reach support, but everything is in Chinese! Will try to use walker without registration.
Units conversion
Would be really nice if you could change the units to mph and pounds..
No code
So much for being able to use this app! Everything is in English, with the exception of the verification code which you need before you move forward. Tried Google translate with no luck. oh well!!
Write in English haha
Tried creating an account. I think it’s giving me an error message. I say think because it’s in Chinese. Everything else in the app is in English, but the most important part is in Chinese haha. I tried coping to paste into google translate but no luck. Sad. Guess I’m won’t be using the app haha.
Blank privacy agreement
Never seen a blank privacy agreement. Not sure how Apple approved this.
Love the treadmill, app doesn’t work
This app situation is a bummer. I purchased the rhythmfun under desk treadmill in January of 2022. The YPOO app wasn’t amazing or anything, but it worked how I needed it to: connect via bluetooth, start the treadmill, adjust speed as necessary, record my
time and distance, stop the treadmill. Sure the distance was in kilometers but I could deal. As mentioned in the other app reviews, that app completely shut down with no notice. You’d try to login and would just get an error message. I had to go to the Amazon page for the treadmill to figure out if there was a new app.
Enter this new app. I was able to register, and was relieved when it connected to bluetooth. Setup was super confusing. There are workouts you can choose, but I just like to do my own thing, as mentioned above. Eventually I found a “remote” and was able to turn the treadmill on! And walk at .8 km an hour :/ I can’t get the pace to adjust at all. The buttons do nothing. It also doesn’t seem to be recording my data on my homepage, though I keep coming across it by accident somewhere? Anyway my advice is to skip this treadmill for now if you need any sort of app to go with it. Otherwise, it’s been a great investment for me.
