Feel scammed!
Ordered two pairs of slides. Order is not showing in app ( but I have emails). Didn’t receive any 20% off. No updates on my shipment from the tracking number provided since October 2nd and I ordered on September 26th. No direct contact for any customer service reps not even via chat. The email contact was a gmail address with an automated message as a response to my email that I sent in reference to the order.
USPS says they see a label was created but they never received a package. So at this point, I’m going to dispute the charges. WASTE OF TIME!! Might be a scam!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEYBipolar Beautician
